  • Your deposit after we have sent you your hosts' addresse.
  • The cost of the ordered transfer if not cancelled by cell: +7-911-766-5464; +7-911-942-0791 at 3 hour notice minimum.

    Payment and complaints
  • Please examine the accommodation before paying for it. Your payment means that you accept the accommodation. Further complaints against the apartment quality or location will not be accepted. If you do not accept accommodation please leave it the same day without paying.
  • Complaints against hosting are welcome at +7-911-766-5464; +7-911-942-0791 only within 12 hours after the reason arises.

    Refunds at visit shortening
  • We refund the cost of not used part of accommodation only in case if you are urgently leaving Russia and order transfer for the last day of your stay with HOFA.
