Tourist visa invitation

  • To visit Russia one should have a visa, granted by a Russian consulate in the country of your residence. The consulate will accept your visa application only if you have an official visa invitation from an authorized travel agency.
  • HOFA is an authorized travel agency registered with the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, We can fax you a tourist visa invitation for 30 days maximum. It consists of two documents: a tourist confirmation ("Podtverzdeniye") and a tour voucher. Fax copies of such tourist invitations are accepted in all Russian consulates.
  • If you need visa invitation without HOFA lodging, please fill out and send us your Visa Invitation Order Form and a deposit.
  • If you need both visa invitation and HOFA accommodation please start by sending us a Lodging Request

Visa processing in the consulate

  • Along with the visa invitation, we will send you the complete instructions how to process the visas in a Russian consulate.
  • We will send you the addresses of some Visa Services in your area, who can process the visa for you at an extra cost.

Visa registration

  • Visa registration is obligatory if you stay for more than 7 days in Russia.
  • We will register you for 5 € per person.
